ClearPath OHS was founded by Jackie Onyszko, CRSP, an Occupational Health and Safety professional with decades of experience across multiple industries. She has a proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic change in Occupational Health and Safety, Integrated Health and Wellness, and Learning and Development.
Jackie specializes in developing and implementing integrated health programs and psychological safety strategies, working closely with both management and frontline employees to foster a culture of safety and well-being. As a former high-performance athlete, she brings a strong work ethic, initiative, and a high-energy approach that inspires and mentors others to achieve and exceed their goals.

What is The Working Mind (TWM) Program?
The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based training program created by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. It was developed to initiate a shift in how we think, act, and feel about mental health in the workplace. This foundational program is designed to provide practical knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to mental health problems, and to reduce stigma about mental health at work. It is an interactive learning experience with a live instructor and uses group discussions, oral and written activities, and multimedia to meet a variety of learning styles.
