Psychological Safety and Well-being

For Your Team

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS FOR HEALTHIER ORGANIZATIONS

Together we help create

Workplaces Where People

Can think, speak and thrive

Psychological safety means people feel safe to speak up, make mistakes, and be themselves at work—without fear of embarrassment, punishment, or exclusion. It’s not about being soft or avoiding tough conversations. It’s about creating the kind of workplace culture where ideas flow, people are engaged, and everyone looks out for one another.

Workplaces that prioritize psychological safety often see

better communication, stronger teamwork, and fewer incidents of stress, burnout, and turnover. It’s also a critical foundation for effective mental health strategies, respectful workplaces, and legal compliance with harassment and violence prevention legislation.

BENEFITS

A psychologically safe work environment leads to:

  • better learning, innovative and adaptability

  • higher productivity and creativity

  • stronger staff morale and engagement

  • more efficient problem-solving

  • higher job satisfaction

  • reduced turnover and higher presenteeism

Psychological safety is the foundation—

but supporting mental health takes it further

When people feel safe to speak up, ask questions, and be themselves, that’s just the beginning.

Mental health in the workplace is about what happens next:

  • How we check in

  • How we respond

  • How we lead

Managers play a critical role in creating the conditions for both psychological safety and mental wellbeing.

HELP SUPPORT YOUR PEOPLE

A WTW (Willis Towers Watson) survey reports that 86% of employers (often HR respondents) say mental health, stress, and burnout are a top priority, but only around one-third have formal strategies in place.

Let's build your strategy with a custom solution below.

Program Framework

You’ve got policies, EFAP access, maybe even some training—but it’s all scattered. You know your people need support, but without a clear strategy, it’s hard to tell what’s working or how it all connects. That’s where we come in—helping you build a cohesive program that brings it all together and actually makes a difference.

Presentations + Workshops

Struggling to get your team engaged in conversations about mental health or psychological safety? Our presentations—delivered virtually or in person—cut through the awkwardness and deliver real-world insights that resonate. From toolbox talks to leadership sessions, we help create safer, more connected workplaces—one conversation at a time.

Psychological Safety Assessments

You know something’s off—low engagement, rising stress, or just a gut feeling that people aren’t speaking up. We use evidence-informed tools to assess psychological safety in your workplace and help you pinpoint what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.

What is Psychological Safety?

A psychologically safe workplace is one that promotes employees' psychological well-being and

actively works to prevent harm to worker psychological health including in negligent, reckless or intentional ways.

Our mental health and psychological safety programs are designed for organizations of all sizes—from small teams to large enterprises—aiming to build supportive and resilient workplaces. We tailor the content to fit any audience, whether it’s field staff, managers, executives, or all employees.

Are your presentations customizable?

Absolutely! While we offer a selection of curated presentations, we find they’re most effective when tailored to your specific needs. Whether you want minor tweaks to an existing presentation or a fully customized session built from scratch, we’ll work with you to create an impactful experience that fits your goals.

What is The Working Mind (TWM) Program?

The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based training program created by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. It was developed to initiate a shift in how we think, act, and feel about mental health in the workplace. This foundational program is designed to provide practical knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to mental health problems, and to reduce stigma about mental health at work. It is an interactive learning experience with a live instructor and uses group discussions, oral and written activities, and multimedia to meet a variety of learning styles.
